Why seeking help related to mental health is still a taboo? For example when a person gets ill they immediately take medication and do all the the things required to recover but it is not the same when someone diagnosed with mental health?

'Maybe you should start going out more often.'
'Happiness is something you have to master.'
'Don't we all go through traumas?'
We need to start becoming more empathetic as individuals as well as professionals.
