Jordan Mazik, postdoctoral fellow in forensic psychology at Expert Psychological Evaluations

Jordan Mazik, Psy.D., is a provisionally licensed psychologist and postdoctoral fellow in forensic psychology at Expert Psychological Evaluations. Dr. Mazik received her bachelor's degree from Texas State University and her master’s and doctoral degrees from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She received training in clinical and neuropsychological assessment, inpatient stabilization and competency restoration therapy, and forensic psychological evaluations (e.g., fitness to proceed and criminal responsibility, culpable mental state, and violence risk assessment). She completed her predoctoral internship at the Center for Behavioral Medicine in Kansas City, MO, where she received further training in inpatient and outpatient forensic evaluations. She facilitated several professional lectures on human development and personality disorders for medical students at the University of Missouri — Kansas City, and she served as the primary psychometrist for a clinical psychology private practice in Naperville, IL.


Dr. Mazik has enjoyed working in various settings, including private practices, private psychiatric hospitals, and state hospitals. Throughout these years of training, her passion for psychological assessment has grown exponentially — particularly in forensic evaluations. She seeks to continue her training and hone her skills in forensic evaluation throughout her postdoctoral fellowship.
