What is the difference between anti-social Behaviour and criminal behaviour?
Both are quite different from each other. Anti-social behaviour is not something that exists as an offence in its own right. It is a behaviour which causes or is likely to cause harassment alarm and or distress to others. The antisocial person has no regard of right and wrong with respect to fellow humans. While a criminal behavior occurs when there is motive, means and an opportunity. It is actually a behaviour where a person commits an unlawful attempt for personal gains and gratification.
