You can see a therapist but even that can be expensive.
Things that work for me include:
1) Figuring out what is having a negative effect on my mental health. This way, I get to figure out what the problem is and make corrections.
2) Doing things that make me happy (but in moderation)
3) Avoiding and removing myself from toxic environments
