I can't say much cause it depends on what's causing the anxiety. But I can suggest a few things you can always implement that will have a positive impact on your life and st least lower your anxiety.I always say how important is to have a routine. ~A simple routine like waking up at the same time. Just pick a time that works for you 8,9 10 am and stick to it.~Having a rich protein and fat breakfast shortly after you wake up is really really important. Jordan Peterson (he's an amazing clinical psychologist and I suggest watching a few of his videos on yt) talks about how we can lower our anxiety by 15% just by eating good breakfast and he shares how some of his patient's anxiety disappeared just by changing their diet.~ Do some psycical activity. Whatever works for you is fine, walking, jogging, lifting weights, anything.. exercise increases the production of endorphins, which are known to help produce positive feelings and reduce the perception of pain.~ Talk to someone or if you are not able to, try keeping a journal, it helps with anxious thoughts.~ I also suggest keeping a track on what you listen to. Try listening to some encouraging videos/ podcasts or reading a good book. ~ Ask yourself: " what is my priority right now?" and try focusing on one thing at a time. And always remember, you are much stronger and braver than your mind might be telling you at this moment. You got this! ❤️
Because back in mind we all know what is distressing us and gives us anxiety. So, the first step would be pin pointing the source of stress.
Eat healthy and have proper 8 hours of sleep. When you find source, try to solve it. If you can't find an answer , give it sometime like watch movies. In end you will find a solution to your anxiety problem.
