I found an article about the classification of mental disorders. It is not easy to separate mental disorders in terms of some features or characteristics. The thing is every individual can develop unique symptoms based on a disorder. I have attached the link for the article.

Fascinating look at the complexities arising for classification in 1959, it's amazing how some of those issues are still with us today. The complexity of classification can often be made worse by comorbid mental disorders with more than one disorder being present in an individual at any one time.
