Spending time in front of the TV doesn't have to be wasted. There are lots of fantastic films that can make us empathise and learn so much from their nicely developed characters. Documentaries are great for learning, but sometimes we need that spark of fantasy and imagination that films provide.
In the past years, psychology and psychologist are gaining popularity, so there were even a couple of Hollywood blockbusters. Still, my two favourite movies weren't so popular, so chances are some of you would love to see them, or recommend some similar ones.
"The soul keeper" - https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0349995/ exposes the secret correspondence between Jung, his patient Sabina Spielrein, and Freud.
"Mad to be normal" - https://www.imdb.com/title/tt4687410/ portrays the story of the famous Scottish psychiatrist R. D. Laing, who performed various experiments on people diagnosed as mentally disturbed.
I won't go into much detail since you might want to check them out yourselves.
