How can we find compassion in such a cruel word?
I am asking this question because I feel like people are becoming more and more resentful and I find it hard for myself to keep my mental peace.
How do you cope with stress and stay compassionate? Are there techniques which can be used to boost compassion?
Always be the person, you want others to be.
I am gonna share bunch of techniques I find useful.
Stop judging people.
Be kind without any expecting any reward.
Listen and ponder.
Always open to learn new things.
