As I read, Malingering doesn't have any specific symptoms but, it's usually suspected when someone suddenly starts having physical or psychological symptoms while (for example) being involved with a civil or criminal legal action or facing the possibility of military combat duty or etc.
Of course It can be different and more light situations like work duties.

Structures Interview of Reported Symptoms (SIRS): It is an interview based measure with 172 items.
Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory-2 (MMPI-2): It is a self report measure, consist of 567 items.
Millon Clinical Multiaxial Inventory MCMI-III: It is 175 self report scale.
Miller Forensic Assessment of Symptoms (M-FAST): It is small screening test. It is only consists of 25 items.
