What happens when a person who is accused of a crime is considered not guilty?
They usually live their whole life under the cloud of quick jugdement and suspicious. This only happens when person is poor, when they are rich it is considered normal. Money makes other people tend to forget things.
If a person is judged not guilty, they carry on with their lives as normal...at least that is what should happen. In reality, being accused of a crime often means that people with live under a cloud of suspicion from others in their community.
Bieng legally proven innocent does nothing to remove this cloud of suspicion from the biases and judgments of others. In public opinion one may be judged innocent or guilty quite aside from what happens in a court of law.
There is no logical frame of reference when the public consider guilt or innocence, personal feeling, prior conviction even passing guilt based on appearance all plays a part in the mentality of public opinion.
