Carmilya Wilson-McCormack is a provisionally licensed psychologist. Dr. Wilson-McCormack received her bachelor’s degree from Arkansas State University and her doctorate degree from Auburn University. Her training and professional background are diverse, and she has extensive experience providing therapy to individuals, groups, couples, and families.
As a lead therapist at multiple facilities, she supervised therapists and mental health paraprofessionals in addition to overseeing clinic operations and managing crises. She has trained and worked at The Pastoral Institute, The University of Memphis, and The Tuskegee VA.
She has contributed to the advancement of diverse groups and multicultural awareness while working in the Office of Diversity and Multicultural Affairs at Auburn University. Her assessment experience has included comprehensive psychodiagnostic evaluations, career-related assessments, and disability evaluations.
